Welcome to branchline. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

branchline lets you create, host, and share interactive lineage and network charts. We may update or improve the service over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the trees, names, photos, and other content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it (including on public share links you choose to enable). You are responsible for having the right to upload and share that content.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use branchline to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using branchline at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
